Since founding the company in 2002, Mr. Bova has served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Subsidium, Mr. Bova established a highly successful telecommunications consulting firm Select Telecom Group inc. Mr. Bova’s previous telecom experience includes employment with Metromedia / LDDS and Cable and Wireless.

His responsibilities included the promotion, implementation and post-sale management of network services to the business community. Mr. Bova is also Data and Internet certified by several of our network service providers.

Mr. Degenhart has significant experience in systems integration, networking, and telecommunications. Prior to co-founding Subsidium, Mr. Degenhart served as successful account executive with Qwest Communications and IKON Technology Services.

Mr. Degenhart also served in a management capacity with CompUSA Inc. overseeing $20 Million in annual sales. Mr. Degenhart is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a B.S. in Accounting.
